FAQ
All in stock orders ship within 48 hours excluding holidays and weekends. All custom orders will ship within the time noted as discussed during the
custom ordering process and confirmed in an email. Any fabric not in stock will be dyed and shipped within 7 business days unless we are out of a
dye or fabric, in which case you will be notified and asked how you would like to continue.

All our orders ship Priority Mail via USPS for destinations in the USA. All international orders will be shipped International Priority Mail via USPS. If
you would like to have your order shipped using a different method, please note that
when ordering

**RUSH shipping. Same Day shipping available for IN STOCK ITEMS ONLY at an additional charge of $10 for the entire order. This will also result
in a higher, overnight or 2 day shipping charge, customer's choice.
This offer is for USA customers only. This offer is not valid on Holidays
or Weekends when the post office is closed.

All orders include insurance in the shipping fee. No exceptions. This is for your protection as well as the protection of A Quilter's
Easel.


Shipping Fees:

US orders ONLY:

Orders totaling $1-50 in product: $5 flat rate shipping
Orders totaling $50.01-$100 in product: $10 flat rate shipping
Orders totalling $100.01-$150 in product: $15 flat rate shipping
Orders totalling $150.01 and up in product: $20 flat rate shipping

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS will be shipped at the fee charged by the post office and will be shipped using INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY
MAIL from USPS.


Returns:

Returns accepted ONLY if the following conditions are met:

1. Item is returned in its original packaging and unaltered/undamaged.

2. Refund will be given in full minus shipping only after item received.

3. Should your item(s) be damaged in transit, you MUST photograph both the damaged items AND packaging and send these photos to
a_quilters_easel@att.net. DO NOT SHIP THE ITEM BACK TO US WITHOUT A RESPONSE TO THIS EMAIL! We will respond to the photo email with
further instruction. Normally, an insurance claim will be filed with the postal service and then the item will be replaced at no charge to the customer.

SPECIAL NOTE: Custom orders CANNOT be returned for a refund for any reason. If damaged and proof of damage is sent via photos to email at
a_quilters_easel@att.net, it can be replaced with the EXACT SAME order for custom fabric
upon receipt of damaged goods returned at A Quilter's
Easel's expense
. Custom quilts are not eligible for a refund. NO exceptions.

A Word About Taxes:

If your shipping address is within the state of Oklahoma, I must collect sales tax based on the rate for your zip code. The only exception to this is if
you have a tax exempt number. In this case, you MUST send the tax exempt number and name of the exempt person requesting the exemption or
tax must still be collected. This is due to the State and Federal regulations, not my personal shop policies. Thank you for understanding.

If your shipping address is outside of the state of Oklahoma, I do not collect sales tax
at this time, as it is the customer's responsibility to pay sales
tax for out of state purchases at the time of their State's tax return (if there state does a state tax return) and/or federal tax return.
However, with
the recent passing of tax legislation, I will begin adding sales tax to each order as the cities and states begin to require.

Regarding International Orders and Their Import Fees:

Most countries require their governments to collect import fees/taxes/tarriffs on any shipment coming into their country. If you are not in the United
States of America, please check with your postal system to see what your country's policy is and expect to pay these fees to retrieve your order. It
should be noted that A Quilter's Easel DOES NOT pay these for you, as it is illegal for us to do so. Should you refuse to make this payment when
your order arrives, it will be returned to us. Once we receive the order back and in the same condition it was shipped out in, we will refund the
payment in full minus all shipping fees associated with the order.
